Goshen Cuisine is bringing Los Angeles an entirely new way to enjoy their favorite food: sushi. We started in DTLA serving up a variety of fresh sushi burritos and poke bowls, but soon, the popularity outweighed the supply. Thus, we pursued the demand and put it all on four wheels, a food truck bringing the best to the rest of LA in style. At Goshen Cuisine, we're committed to using only the freshest quality ingredients in a menu built to satisfy. Taking inspiration from a variety of Asian cuisines, including Japanese and Korean influence, we've fused together exotic flavors and hearty ingredients out to curb your hunger on the curb and satisfy your penchant for good taste. Each starts out with a crisp seaweed roll filled with steamed white rice, and from there, you've got a whole lot of goodness in the mix, like fresh seafood of the fresh salmon, ahi tuna, unagi, shrimp and even crawfish variety, along with classics like chicken karaage and Korean beef bulgogi. But that's not all. We've got bowls full of goodness, too, putting prime ahi tuna and fresh salmon along with a bevy of fresh vegetables to create poke on a whole new level of delicious.
